She's not average in my eyes. She is not beautiful in the classic sence of the word but to me she is stunning. She has "it", you know the thing you can't put your finger on and that makes her hotter than pretty much anyone.

I have to agree. I have had a crush on Ms Bergl since that carrie sequel. I never liked it, but I always loved Emily anyhow. She's such a charming woman. I almost saw her in "Lion In The Winter" in 1999, but the show ended it's run before I could.

totally agree with OP..
I've never seen her in anything other than taken, but I loved her there.
