please say that i'm not the only one who cannot stand this guy as an actor? i've only seen him in george of the jungle (1&2) but i cannot stand him. i don't think he's a good actor at all.

Amen. there is a huge difference between disliking an actor a111cnd disliking a poorly written character in a movie with little to no charm, especially when that character is the villain. See sidways where he also plays a fairly nasty fellow with charisma that completely belies his previous work.

But whenever I think of him I can't get past the character he played early in his career where he played a psychopath killer. The look in his eyes just gave me the creeps. I think it's the same character that's at the beginning of this account. He just looks creepy. But I bet he's really a nice guy in person.

Or watch an old rerun of Wings he was an idiot. He's a good actor, IMO

I actually thought that he was hillarious on Ned and Stacy. He had an anal retentive attitude that made him almost an evil Mastermind.
While not neccesarily Sandman's attitude, Sandman did get some really good lines that Church should eat up and use to no end. -

nope you're not the only one.
Sideways was one of the most overrated pieces of garbage I've ever seen, and his performance in it was laughable.
he's awful, and further proof that making it in Hollywood has very, very little to do w/ talent -

Try broadening your horizons. Look at Brendan Fraser in Gods and Monsters as another example from George of the Jungle. Actually he had the good sense to bail out after the first.
Anyway, I've loved THC since Wings, Lowell was so adorable!
Life isn't a rehearsal, so make this one your best performance
