Hi Y'all
David is straight as an arrow. He's dated some of his co stars on Baywatch and has many relationships-all women. Plus if that doesn't convince you, then he mentions he's straight on the second episode of Confessions of a Teen Idol.
Hope this quells any questions you might have of David's sexuality.

On his official website it states he is married to wife Susan and they live in LA with their dog, Cami.
