Know what would be neat…a big-screen film about Oprah's life from her toddler years to today at sixty-five.
It would be lots to cover, so they wouldn't be able to include everything in her eventful life.
But have the film be somewhat poignant, touching with some funny parts also, but uplifting, especially an uplifting ending.
Give it an almost Disney-film feel as well…it would also have that sense of triumphing over hardship.
Perhaps
Lady O
would be a good title for the film.
Maybe the opening scene would be Oprah at sixty-four flying to Milwaukee to see her mum, who is dying.
And sitting on the plane, her mind wanders back to when she's three…
Then the following scene opens to when she's three and speaking at an Easter Day church service in Mississippi with her grandmother and the neighbors looking on.
Then the neighbors whispering to Hattie Lee,
That child is gifted
.
And definitely capture the extreme poverty of her childhood,so later in adulthood when the money starts rolling in for Oprah, the audience cheers for her.
It would be a good start…what do you all think…? -

Yep, she publishes her own magazine.
But she does have lots of assistance due to her busy life, even at sixty-five and credits those who assist her.
Her mum, Vernita and her closest friend Gayle are heavily featured in the film.
It would be a very uplifting film, full of emotion and wonderment, especially of overcoming tragedy, overcoming racism, triumphing over sexism, rising above poverty and overcoming sexual, physical and emotional abuse.
It would be the beautiful storyline of a great hero, Oprah, who triumphs.
I can see this music as being one of the film's many soundtracks…
