I was watching getting even with dad and was thinking what is that voice and then it came to me IT'S PEPPER ANN

I was watching Gilmore Girls, and her voice sounded so familiar, then I remembered she was Pepper Ann! I used to love that show.

Yeah, I was watching Lorenzo's Oil for a minute, and withing 10 seconds, I realized she's who voiced Pepper Ann.
