I just watched an old episode on Buzzr and Cicely Tyson was on the show in 1963. It's listed on her IMDB page under "Self". Apparently she wasn't known at the time because nobody on the panel reacted to her name when she said who she was.

Yes! Someone's posted it on YouTube. It's hard to think that there was a time when she wasn't instantly recognizable.
