I cook my oatmeal with the water. Then add ground flaxseed and 1 tbsp of peanut butter, a little almond milk and mix around. Reheat for 30 seconds and then add the frozen berries and the dates so it's piping hot and warms up the berries to where they are oozing with berry juice but cools off so not too hot now to eat. Lots of antioxidants!

I have all those ingredient. I'll try it.
I have some raw honey mixed in with the peanut butter cos I like to use that as a dip for celery sticks sometimes.

I make a Greek Yogurt bowl most days and put peanut butter and raw honey in that as well. Honey also tastes good on pancakes.

BTW, what ratio of water to oatmeal do you use? I like oatmeal to be a bit moist and not dry.

I like it a little thicker but not too thick.

You just reminded me that I skipped breakfast. I may have to order in a light lunch. 😋
