That's not a boob job! It's an empire line dress (cuts right below the breasts) with a little bit of support from the always favourite push-up bra (in this case probably a strapless or stick on half cup bra. Look at her feb 2007 pics.

Problem isshe's fairly tall at 5'9". And, the implants appear to have been placed too low. Or, because she is so tall, her boobs may be lower on her frame than a shorter girlin which case, the implants should have been smaller, or spread more.
