Even 16yrs later, he's still brilliant in The Birdcage

He is amazing to watch in The Birdcage. Nathan completely threw himself into his role as Albert Goldman. From his speech, his tone, his mannerisms, his clothing, and even the way he walksNathan just took over that role.
His screeching still makes me laugh. -

I just re-watched this flick and I still wonder how they made this film without a smile on everyone's face in every scene. Every time I see this movie I am touched by one thing or another. I see so many new things each & every time, I believe this movie should be considered one of the "greats". My muscles hurt from laughing after watching. Nathan Lane is a genius as Albert. Robin Williams so wonderfully understated and Hank Azaria as Agador is absolutely priceless. A true gem of a movie!

I haven't watched in a few years now, but I love it! I love Nathan Lane, think this was about the first film I saw him in. Robin Williams is great too. I only just found out a few months ago that it was Hank Azaria as Agador Spartacus!
I was gonna let you beep me, but I got my rag, and I know how you hate a mess -

Nathan Lane has absolutely beautiful legs. Check out the scene where he is rehearsing with "Celsius" (whom I swore was Bobby Cannavale but no, it's another actor, born in Italy).
Robin was great in this - so sad to re-watch and realize he's gone.
As good as Nathan and Robin were, Hank Azaria was the best thing in the movie. Hilarious and, I have to say, what a body! -
