Is this actually confirmed with Ronan and Arterton starring? I hope so since it sounds SO interesting and has a lot potential.

Looks like it. Just read an article that said shooting will start in October thatusually means that the cast has been locked since filming will start soon but article was from may so I could be wrong.

There was an Irish article this past month interviewing Saoirse Ronan and in the headline it mentioned Jordan's "Byzantium" so I think it's getting closer to an official confirmation. My guess it's a yes.
