RELEASED in 2003 people have made movies many years ago that have yet to be released for international/financial/legal reasons.

Good example: Chris Farley had 2 or 3 movies released after his death. And Tupac god. How many albums came out after he was killed? Yes, he's dead. COLD AND DEAD. So are Elvis and JFK. Deal with it, people.
