I read a mini-bio on an Ellery Queen which listed Jim as adopted. Anyone know if this is true?

Yes, actor Jim Hutton was adopted as an infant, he never knew who his birth parents were, but since he was raised by a good and loving family, he never tried very hard to find out. Actor Ray Liotta was also adopted as an infant.
