Hulk Hogan was always one of the greatest and most prolific wrestlers of all time. A fundamental aspect of what made him so cool was the fact that he never had any tattoos. Unfortunately he seems to have jumped on to that bandwagon in later years and defaced himself with ink. It is sad that a man his age seems too think he has to take such meassures just to remain "cool" and in the public eye. Sorry Hulk, I will always remember you and admire you, but you should have stayed clean. You were cool just the way you were.

It's not really a stigma, it's because they are flat out ugly and stupid looking. The only idiots you see complimenting other people's tattoos are other inkies and stupid, impressionable kids (they usually share the same mentality). Pure skins laugh at how hideous scribble skins look. It's almost the exact equivalent to Harley bikers. Those douches use bikes to bond with each other, because they are such shallow human beings, just like people who get tattoos. Just using these things for attention and conversation pieces. No friggen conversation piece is worth dedicating your entire life to!

Not at all. Tattoos are a new art form and are not going away. When the previous generation is done dying off, the next gen will grow up with the reality as if they were always mainstream. Even your connecting them to Harley bikers shows you are from the older generation yourself, or just have an old world mentality.

Only idiots think it's art. What an ex-con rapist meth head can trace on a person after using that special paper, is NOT ART. Any friggen idiot can trace with a needle gun. Just cause like 20 people can do it free hand does not make all tattoos art. Get real. No one is paying money to walk into a museum to see some disgusting freaks with ear gauges and retarded meaningless tribal bands because they are afraid of catching Hep C and Syphilis from the inkies. That ink must have went straight to your limited brains and infected. FIS is real.

But it is even sadder when an "old timer" like the Hulkster feels compelled to ink himself up just because he thinks it adds "toughness value" to an otherwise depreciating body (much in the same manner that Sylvester Stallone has done).
The one defining aspect of what made Hulk Hogan so cool and different from the other "tough guys" was the fact that he didn't have any tattoos. Now that aspect of him is gone and it's just plain sad. -

Wonder if he feels silly today having gotten those ugly tattoos? Thinking it would make him "cool" and "hip", only to get booted out of the WWE. Why doesn't he take some of his severance pay and have them lasered off? I think he would to himself and his fans a huge service if he did, because this isn't the Hulkster we know.

Are you some type of bible thumper?
So someone has to be a BIBLE thumper to dislike tattoos? They aren't always attractive in volume and the fad has been WAY overdone. I am definitely not a bible thumper.
Jack's not dead! Jack would never die without telling me, first!
