Obviously no one is going to be quite like Ava, but I think this woman comes fairly close.
Her name is Soraya Esfandiary, born 1932 and died 2001. She was the second wife of the Iranian king for a few years

Indeed, Princess Soraya was hailed as such and famously likened to AG in her time. A Persian-German beauty who bore a remarkable likeness, even down to the green eyes.
However, the person who is practically identical to AG is Italian actress Rosalba Nerithe similarity is astounding! They are dopplegangers.
I also see/saw AG in these women to varying degrees:
Monica Bellucci (an Italianate AG)
Liv Tyler (unexotic and narrow-faced but strikingly similar sloe-eyes, lush mouth and vivid coloring)
Jessica Biel (unexotic, bland version)
Fergie (unattractive version)
Shalom Harlow (looks a LOT like AG; the gorgeous coloring and the eyes. She looks esp identical to AG in the Mickey Rooney table tennis clip)
Gisele Bundchen (lacks the gorgeous coloring but similar features)
Sela Ward (bears a decent resemblance; also has the earthy exoticness)
Lara Flynn Boyle (unexotic but with the same gorgeous coloring)
And silent screen vamp Nita Naldi, who doesn't look like her but whom AG was the post-silent film equivalent and incarnation of; just as Angelina Jolie is the modern day embodiment of AG. Naldi possessed Irish blood as did AG (Black Irish, obviously, given their highly exotic looks), had the same gorgeous coloring (dark hair, green feline eyes, fair skin) and was the same physical type (exotic, earthy, panther-like, smoldering and sultry) and had the same siren persona (femme fatale, a seductress). -

Actors are useless without the power of a good writer's imagination
