Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Peter Fonda

    Miss_Chievous — 15 years ago(July 20, 2010 12:29 PM)

COMES THE DAY is referenced in two British publications, both with the date
    1985
    :
    HALLIWELL's Movie Encyclopedia
    and Kim Newman's
    APOCALYPSE MOVIES
    .
Before anyone wastes any more time on this than I have already wasted . . .
I have scoured every one of Peter Fonda's movie plotlines on both IMDB and Blockbuster of
    every
date including TV productions, foreign films, directed-by and/or starred-in.
I have Googled this every conceivable way, most particularly by cross-reference to the name
    David Hemmings
associated with this title in Newman's book, as well as the movie it was a remake of, Ray Milland's PANIC IN YEAR ZERO.
I have even attempted search terms such as "shotgun" in association with
    anything
    Peter Fonda.
Look, I might have thought this was just an aberration of Newman's (his book is riddled with inaccuracies) but for the fact that he goes on at length on Page 221 about
    this one title
    and Peter Fonda's character
". . . taking to the hills and blasting anyone"
    (SNIP).
