In approximate order of release, these are ten I most enjoy. I'm leaving out good movies that weren't starring vehicles for him, like Coneheads and Airheads.

An utterly laughable list 50 1st Dates, Anger management, GROWN UPS 2, Pixels, Just Go with it, and Blended are terrible terrible movies, even for Sandler movies they're terrible.
