In Pretty Little Liars, does anyone notice how she's always wearing a bracelet on her right wrist where she has her tattoo? Do the producers make her wear bracelets to cover it up all the time?

Probably. It doesn't really fit the character she plays on the show.

If you watch the early episodes 111cof Charmed, she was wearing bracelets to cover it up then too. I guess they thought it didn't fit her character until later in show. It must not fit her character now either.
