Last night a movie was on TV and I didn't catch the title of it. It was unintentionally HILARIOUS. I was in tears. It was an action movie and Dean Cain was the iced-blonde bad guy in it. He was the bad guy and some little Asian kid watched him murder someone.There was some martial arts in itjust hilarious and they didn't intend for it to be.
Anyone know the name of it?

Can't think of any movie like that. He was blond in The Perfect Husband, where he kills his wife.
