I have a friend who's an actor, he's done some TV, most notably some stuff on Lifetime. But anyway the first time I met him I thought he looked like Dean Cain, and when I told him he said he actually met Dean and took pictures with him, except my friend wore a Captain America shirt which he thought was funny.
