running from a neighboring house
shortly after the white Elantra (allegedly BK's car) circles the area. Bizarre! (Going out for a jog @ 3:30 AM?!) Good catch by this youtuber.
Too many strange coincidences to ignore.

…and would like to hear some points with unaltered footage.
Of course, the fast forwarding was done because there's nothing new to see in that time.
But I don't like it when such factual evidence is tampered with (no matter the reason).
And for another, I would like to take a closer look at some of the lights and sounds during that time.
Slowing down the video isn't a problem, but somehow the sound then gets lost for me.
Dog barking:
Is that really murdered Kaylee Goncalves's golden doodle

He's pretty loud compared to the other voices.
Screams:
I didn't hear any screams, just fuzzy human voices in the background.
Perhaps I just need a better record (raw footage) and should listen to it with headphones.

Lights in the house directly opposite the surveillance cam:
Some lights are certainly just reflections, but some few aren't.
I would like to know when exactly lights went on and off there.
Timeline:
I need an updated timeline. One timeline I posted in one of your other Idaho-4 threads, but have to search for it and it's some days or weeks ago. And hopefully there's now a better overview of exactly which text messages were sent by the two surviving roommates and when, during and/or shortly after the murders.
Sigh, some more work to do for the enthusiastic online detective. -

Most likely. The time on the security footage when the dog is barking (between 4:10 and 4:20 AM) would be when the murders were taking place.
I didn't hear any screams, just fuzzy human voices in the background.
Perhaps I just need a better record (raw footage) and should listen to it with headphones.
Try it with headphones. I heard a scream and then a loud thud.

That house was a frat house. It could just be drunken frat boys flicking the lights on and off because, well, they're drunken frat boys and it's Saturday night/early Sunday morning. -

I believe that house was a frat house and Hunter, a friend of the victims, lived there. The runner could just be a drunken frat boy, I'm not ruling that out, but it's still a "good catch" by the youtuber.

The footage is sped up in the video, but someone definitely leaves that house at 3:33 AM. It probably means nothing but it's an interesting find, nevertheless.
On her video yes.
And maybe a bit nitpicking but it's 03:40 ff on her video when this person allegedly left the house. -

Yep, and I was expecting to see more blood in the hallways and on the stairs with furniture knocked down, etc. It hardly looked like the scene of a quadruple homicide.
Pavoroti, or whatever he calls himself, did a great video on the bodycam footage. He also noticed something on the other footage (the security footage) that takes place only minutes AFTER the murders had taken place and Kohberger (presumably) had fled the scene - another vehicle is driving

1122 King Rd and parking there around

. It's a utility vehicle, not the white car that BK drove.

Was that blood all down the stairs that was cleaned up? Wtf. What was is cleaned up with and where was it disposed? A car pulled up at 4:28 after Bryan left. I bet they were there to pick up. -

Maybe, maybe not. Consider: It was a party house. There were beer cans on the stairs, in the rooms, etc. It could've been spilled drinks or food stains.
