I happen to think she is a good actress an quite good looking. I have liked her since I was a kid. She even managed to hold her own against Crawford in Straight Jacket. I always look forward to seeing her, and I swear she has not aged a day.

        B. Rosenthal (author of the Bio) should have his head examined. My passion for Diane Baker goes back to the 300 Spartans. She still has that captivating beauty even today, and I have always appreciated her work.

Why was her image on a can of Lager Beer?
          Terrible, just terrible!

I agree. The mini-bio isn't the reflec5b4tion of the Diane Baker that I'VE seen on the screen. She has talent, class and beauty.
Some friends, and I, were talking about which of Hitchcock's "cool blondes," we would like to have been. We decided that Diane Baker, regardless of hair color, was the REAL "cool blonde" in Marnie. Tippi Hedren may have had the lead (and the pigment), but Baker had that underlying touch of smouldering that was present in all of the other "cb's."
She's currently teaching acting at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and has been interviewed on a local weekend news program, a couple of times. She is gracious, and shows an enthusiasm about the teaching projectand, yes, she's still beautiful.
