What Happened To "The Treasure Chase" Movie w/ the Williams' Twins?

I hope someone can help with this query. Jim Backus and Andy Williams' nephews Andy & David were filming a movie in the mid-70's called "The Treasure Chase". Jim was to portray an evil priest and the two boys were supposed to have major roles in the movie. Filming was to take place in the Yucatan area. IMDb has nothing on this; was the movie shelved?
