Look at his younger pictures, where his square-jaw profile is more prominent. He has a slightly rounder face, and his nose is a tad bigger, but I instantly thought it was a classy Brad Pitt when I saw Ameche's picture.

A young Don Ameche looks a LOT handsomer than Brad Pitt at any age. I don't see any resemblence,but everyone sees others differently.

I also came on here specifically to mention his Brad Pitt resemblance. Especially in "Heaven Can Wait." I was even thinking he was Pitt's grandfather but obviously he's not.

And I just saw Inglourious Basterds, and in the cinema scene when Brad Pitt is wearing the white tuxedo, all I could think about was how much he looks EXACTLY like Ameche did when younger. Complete with mustache and all!

And Pitt also looks a lot like Robert Reford! But somehow I don't see much of a resemblance between Ameche and Redford, even though Brad Pitt strongly resembles both of them.
