I met Mr. Perkins at the Public Theatre in the 70's at a play. He was sitting behind me (which I didn't know) - PSYCHO is my #2 film. I shook his hand and told him he should have won Best Actor for PSYCHO (not nominated). He said "I could have lived with that".

Wow, how lucky were you! It's a travesty he wasn't even nominated for Psycho. I'm glad you got to tell him he should have won. Love his response!
