That's odd. That song was the theme of a British sitcom I used to watch. I forget the sitcom's name. I never knew who sang it or where it was from. But I hadn't heard it in years.

, it wasn't Dolly Parton's original rendition that she heard, Kevin Costner wanted her to sing it in
The Bodtguard
and he played her Linda Ronstadt's rendition of the song (which is better she got the part in the film, because it was originally offered to Madonna)
Stevie Nicks was influenced by Dolly and she wrote this song for her to record but Dolly turned it down, so Stevie recorded it herself -
