Yoda is fun! One day me and my friend imitated Yoda so much that we got wierd looks in a bar when the we "got caught in a loop" and accidentally talked to him with Yoda-voices
"HRRM! One beer will I have yes.. hrmmm yoda-giggle"
It would've rocked if the bartender had replied
"Nothing more I will give you today. Clear your mind of the booze"
but instead he just told us to sod off ;( -

I got a D in a college grammar class. She said I wrote everything in a passive voice. I should have told her "well, Yoda gets it". Yoda rocks.

George Lucas has intentionally kept the name of Yoda's race a secret. (Yoda, Yaddle, and Vandar Tokare are sometimes erroneously referred to as Whills, despite Lucas' insistence that they are not). In fact, very little is reported of Yoda's life before the events of The Phantom Menace. It is speculated from the Expanded Universe that he achieved the status of Jedi Knight at the age of 50 and the rank of Jedi Master at 100. Following his training, Yoda is said to have spent 100 years in self-imposed solitude, attempting to attain a higher level of understanding of The Force.
