I've always read he had a nose job but I never could find a before picture. I finally got hold of a film-Kidnapped. He's only in one scene and it's on YouTube. He had a great plastic surgeon. His fixed nose is a thing of beauty.

Ah, that's interesting. I never knew that. You know, when I saw his first filmed role ever as a soldier in an episode of "The Scarlet Pimpernel", I thought that he somehow looked different. The video quality was terrible of course, but I suspected that he was wearing a fake nose. I did see "Kidnapped", but never noticed anything usual about his appearance. Now that you told me about this, I can see that his nose was slightly hooked. Oh, well. He was still a very handsome man already.
