Doesn't everybody sort of dislike Fast Company? It's got the second lowest IMDb rating of all Cronenberg movies. And there really isn't much to FC, is there? Bland, cliche good guys vs bad guys story, lots of bad music on the soundtrack, some rather weak acting organized around a subject matter I find uninteresting. I guess it does have sort of a goofy appeal and reasonably irreverent spirit to it - besides being the wildest curiosity in Cronenberg's filmographt - but that only goes so far (which isn't much further than these bizarre motor contraptions go).
