After "American Beauty" when she was legal? Mena Suvari sure did (not that it did her much good either). I've heard they asked Birch to do nudity in "Ghost World", but she wasn't comfortable with it.
Anyway, that doesn't really fit with the theory that she's a shameless slut who is sleeping with her dad at 30.
