In her memoir The Art Of Men, Kirstie Alley devotes a chapter to a former boyfriend she calls a pervert and talks of how dangerous he was to her. After seeing the pics of her with James Wilder on this website I wondered if he was the guy whose identity she concealed. (It wouldn't be too difficult to ascertain who the mystery guy was and James Wilder seems to fit the description.) Of course it doesn't really matter but naturally it makes a person somewhat curious

I'm reading her book now and trying to figure it out as well. It's a bit tough to narrow the timeline for me and I wonder if she changed some details. I just finished that chapter.
She was married to Parker from 1983-1997. It has to be after that, since I doubt she was going to to Italy for her charity work before the 1983-1997 time frame. She didn't have a lot of work under her belt before then and she supposedly dated Parker for two years before getting married. ST:WOK didn't come out until 1982.
But I also don't know who James Wilder is.
