I'm so glad I'm not the only one who sees it
I think it's her jawbone. It lost its soft curves and got squarish. I wonder why..?

I just saw Brooke Shields in a commercial and I had the sound muted and the camera was pulling away and I haven't seen her in years, but I could tell it was her.
She's a year older than me, so she made an impression of just being unobtainable.
I only saw her in the Calvin Klein commercials, then Endless Love, then Blue Lagoon, or whatever all came first.
Back then, the bigger the celeb, the more 'out of our league' they were. Oddly enough, both she and Sylvester Stallone appeared on episodes of The Muppet Show, which was filmed in the UK.
This was when the only celebrities we saw on any regular basis was the Battle of the Network Stars lot.
But she was totally taboo. She'd do the Bob Hope specials, but to me, it all turned around somewhere with that Brenda Starr movie. I remember none of those tv movies she did around that time either.
But next thing I knew, she was playing for laughs on Quantum Leap (of all things!) and suddenly she was down to earth, it seemed.
Oh yea, all that hanging around with Michael Jackson stuff too. She was just always so out there. She seemed more 'out there' to me than did Michael Jackson, to tell the truth.
