All due respect I have just looked up the images and it doesn't look that bad. Some of them she looks fine, and the odd few photos she looks like she's slightly suffering from a twitching eye lid or some such.
Now I personally, a 24 year old male who has never had botox or anything even close, have suffered from similar things on numerous occasions. I have over sensitivity to light (I believe this is to do with my autism), I suffer from hay fever and various allergies, and I sometimes have sleep disorder. All of these things have affected my eyes on occasions. Often times when I am out and having a bit of an eye thing, it will be worse when I'm out due to light sensitivity and stress, having to concentrate so hard and focus so hard as I am out and about at work or whatever, rather than chilling at home. I've had my eye lids twitching, I've had tired, sore or itchy eyes where I keep rubbing them otherwise they feel like they will be closing or I will have to blink repetitively, so I rub it to stimulate it and I can go back to not machine gun blinking. Bare in mind this is something I only have occasionally.
Now, anyone in the world can suffer from things like this due to what I have described above or due to other things. She was at the Oscars, remember what I said about light sensitivity and stress? Contributing factors worth considering before you make such a definitive statement. Okay so it's possible it was to do with botox, however it's also possible it was due to one or more of an array of other things. See what I'm saying? ..well, what I'm saying is I believe it is wrong to so definitively state the reason for a stranger, someone you have almost certainly never met, having an eye problem on one night. You know nothing, and yet you insinuate that you know everything. This is not an attractive quality.
