I doubt it because he would end up eating R2D2 with fava beans and a nice chianti and then the rebels would not have gotten the plans to the Death Star.

I actually had a recipe that has fava beans in it recently.
That line always comes to mind.
And it was impossible for me to find them so I used black eyed peas instead.

It's worth buying beans in their dry state Warren
You can get them cheap and you only have to put them in water overnight to bring them back to shop purchased levels.
I'm not sure where you'd buy them in the US but Asian markets should be able to tell you. You get lentils, chickpeas, pearl barley, oats, rice and all the beans in stores like this (Sometimes mushrooms too!)

                  Not to me.
I had a really bad experience last time I did that with chickpeas.
                  Never again.
                  Canned only for this man.

Fair enough but I like to have a healthy supply of legumes and fungi to get me through those rainy and windy days.
Cured meats, dried tomatoes, chillies and plenty of rice and flour.
Then there's the purees, pickled things, spices and herbs.
You can have quite the larder for cheap, only needing dairy and fresh meat and vegetables to stock up on.
Popcorn though, can't stand it. Smells great but is a pain in the arse to eat.
