Really? WTAF?
Man, I really liked Morgan Freeman and always associated him with class and dignity. Divorcing after 32 years (or whatever) and then everything that followed, including this adoption and affair with his granddaughter, adopted or not, is ICK, right up there with Woody Allen. Fuck.
I'm surprised I never heard about this ICK before today. I'll never be able to watch him in another movie without feeling sick to my stomach. Separating the art from the artist will be a tough pill to swallow on this particular disgusting act.
While I was looking this story up, there are also allegations that he began raping her when she was younger than 17 and groomed her, and that he also got her addicted to drugs, specifically, cocaine. There were, allegedly, a lot of promises being made and a lot of money exchanging hands.

Yeah…I don't know anything about all that craziness. All I vaguely remember is that it was his step granddaughter I believe and they were in a long term relationship I think and if I'm not mistaken she's dead.

But I did find an article which backs up what your link claims which is that all of these are rumours. He (Freeman) mentioned that it was particularly odd that it got picked up by mainstream media, allegedly reputable sources, and they ran with it as well.
