Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Clint Eastwood

    getty8000 — 9 years ago(January 16, 2017 05:33 PM)

For those who actually give a crap about celebrity political opinions for some reason - Eastwood is not actually a Trump supporter. Which is why he clearly states he's not endorsing anyone in that Esquire interview no one actually seems to have read (in which he trashed both candidates, but also trashed political correctness).
    Some other interviews:
    http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/movies/la-ca-mn-0904-sneaks-sully-20160828-snap-story.html
"Im not on either side of the aisle. I think most Americans are going, What the ? Is this all we can do?
"When there were 17 people on the stage [in the early GOP debates], I thought, well, there are three or four people up there I could see voting for. They seem pretty good. And then I thought, what the hell happened?"
"Im just astounded. I hate to pick up the paper. I think both individuals and both parties backing the individuals have a certain degree of insanity."
And here's a quick snippet from the red carpet in which he suggests Clinton and Trump should be played by Abbot & Costello:

I still agree with him for supporting John McCain.

He doesn't want to piss off the jew.
Actually I am amazed Jon Voight isn't afraid to.
