Who cares if he dates younger women? It benefits them both. The younger woman gets a boost to her career, and Leo gets the companionship of a smokin' hot babe.

He can go out with whomever he likes, if the girls go for him. (I once was pining over a guy 32 years older than me!) The problem is he dumps them when they hit 24ish. The women know this they still go for him.
