        Well he is doing The Rediculous 6 which is a parody of a Tarantino movie. It seems like he only wants ti do Adam Sandler movies. Hes not even doing Coen brothers movies anymore.

          I don't think any actor in world would decline the opportunity of working with Coens, certainly not Buscemi.
          About sandler, he's been working with him since long time. Guess he does small roles in Happy Madison just for friendship and an easy paycheck. Besides that he's done some good work . Boardwalk Empire with Scorsese, Horace & Pete with Louis CK and also he's in Armando Iannucci's next
