He was originally married to actress Cassandra Harris who played Bond girl Lisl Von Schlaf in 1981's For Your Eyes Only. This is where they first thought of having Pierce as Bond when he showed up on set with her but due to many problems with scheduling it would take 14 years before Brosnan stepped into the role. However, Harris passed away from breast cancer in 1991 before he got the role. Ever since he has been a huge advocate for breast cancer awareness. He married his current wife, Keely Shaye Smith and they are still happily married. She is a journalist and former TV host on the show Unsolved Mysteries from 1994-1997.

@ ma5b4il-924 wow , no offense, but she dont even look like the same person anymore.
but on the good side is he (Brosnan) must really 'love her' at the end of the day and that goes along way in my book
instead of the usual hollywood couple marrying just because there both famous and then leaving each other after one or the others 'fame' dies off.

I think the Just Jared photos are so mean spirited. Pierce's wife is a beautiful, stunning woman, even if she isn't thin. She's happy, healthy and pretty normal lookingand confident in her bikini! Not ever man likes to snuggle up to a bag of bones.some like their women at bit soft and cushiony! JMO.

Its not true. Shes not incoraging girls to look like that, shes just saying that don't worry about being a size zero. Alot of girls seriously struggle with anorexia and being bulimic. I know i do, what she said was a confidence boost for girls who are self consious with there figures. There was absolutly no need to go off on one like that.
