I did many years ago but would like to revisit it after I've seen hundreds of movie since.
I remember the audio is sometimes difficult to hear. I should try to look for a transcript.

I think he's more interesting than his movies.. I do remember him talking about "Make Way For Tomorrow", which is a fine film. He loved the part where they were joyriding, thinking the car salesman was caring (probably as a result of feeling neglected by their children).

I know what you mean. During interviews, after being asked a question, he'd say, "I can give you the smart answer, or the honest answer", or make excuses of a tall tale by saying "I tried to pretend I knew Italian, and I misrepresented what I said".

Of course. How could I forget. Saw the movie in elementary school. I just remember it was black and white and men were driving their trucks around together in the woods with shotguns.
