I'm a huge fan of Margaux Hemingway, not so much of her acting (which obviously was less than perfect) but of just her fascinating life. From her birth into an already famous family, her fabulous rise to the top of the fashion world, then her painful descent into depression and alcoholism. Her legend then becomes timeless as she succumbs to the the same fate as so many in her family before her. I love her.. and am anxious for any help or information on finding any bio2000graphies or other books about her. If you can help, please respond.

Yes actually I did, they had no books, no posters, all the magazines thay had, (like 2 or 3), I already possess. The only movies they had of her, I also already have. (only 2 were available anyway). I check ebay from time to time, but nothing ever really pops up.

Crazy isn't it?
Here's the one most single factor the got 4x4 Jeeps,Blazers,Broncos, Suv's, high price pickups that sold like crazy!
How you ask?
Women!
After seeing her in the movie Lipstick, tooling around in the 4x4, the auto makers couldn't make them fast enough? For the last 30 years They (GM,Ford and others) produced hundred of thousands (Millions) of these units with Billions of $$$$ made.
Was she the first?
No!
June Lochart drove a pickup in the 50's Lassie.
Glamor wasn't associated with farming.
Margo was the one Lady who save portion of the auto/truck industry and nobody even notice or cared?
Here's a lady who is for the most part, forgotten and not given one Lousy Stink'n T'shirt? -

Mostly forgotten by the world, but always in my heart and on my mind. Never realized the whole SUV thing, but now that I think about it, you're right. Although unlike June Lockhart, Margaux was a true country gal from Ketchum, Idaho, that just happen to be lucky enough to be born with a royal name and a face that puts all others to shame.

A fashion photographer of the era named Francesco Scavullo photographed and interviewed her and her sister Muffin (who eventually went insane) for a book called something like "The Most 100 Beautiful Women in the World." She was at the height of her fame at the time.
Please put some dashes above your sig line so I won't think it's part of your dumb post.
