Was there a scene where someones sister or sibling holds their hand as the car drives away and the arm stretches and hurts them or something? Because if so, I totally remember only that scene from that movie.

Yeah that was really near the start as the stretchy guy was leaving for the school - god i seen this once many yrs ago and i remember that.
