Or did the kryptonite finish him?
The entire show seemed to demonstrate that Superman cannot be killed so does that mean the clone will eventually rise from 'death' just like Superman did? Or is the point at the end that Superman can't be beaten to death but if he inhales some concentrated kryptonite then it's lights-out permanently?
It left me wondering and I'd enjoy hearing the opinion of someone who is an expert on the Superman mythos.

What happens to doomsday also, it seems like he is super strong, can't be beaten and finally it appeared like he's killed .

          That's what I wondered.
If the Superman clone was the exact DNA match of Superman, then maybe he too just went into a coma to heal just like Superman did, appearing dead.

Superman came back because his 'death' was through Earth physics, IE crashing through the atmosphere at a high speed and slamming into the ground. He probably wouldn't have 'died' if he didn't have the injuries from Doomsday in addition. With the clone, he was doused in Kyrptonite (which was clearly just as deadly to him), and then apparently crushed by the massive monument he was holding. I would say that he is dead, because the involvement of the green rock (which was always a danger to Superman's life) when he was crushed by the monument.
