Blu-Ray and DVD disc version. Is it only sold at Best Buy?

I went into Best Buy today and bought this version but it would seem like it's the only place I could find it. It's a double sided disc, with one side being the DVD, the other being the Blu-Ray. I don't see this at other places. Is it a Best Buy exclusive?
