I got the DVD years ago, watched it from start to end very quickly(loved it) and lately i have been watching it again. I never watched it on tv but i got major key scenes and the credits on youtube just to compare the music.
I would say that the final fight "all the thing she said" is the only scene i felt lack something from the dvd. That song fitted so well and all with the choregraphy.
But the opening, honestly i love the original song(revolution) but to be totally honest i think the dvd song fit way more into the tone of the serie. Maybe its cause i was used more to it, but i don't feel they replaced a good song with a bad one.
just my humble opinion -

I think they ruined the entire scene when they replaced the music in the dvd. I think the TATU song was an excellent choice because the music was catchy, very upbeat, the timing was perfect to the scene. Like when they first crashed through the window at the same time the music hit a high point - it was exciting. On the dvd, it's just blah.
Then the music slows at the right moments of the show, the emphasize certain emotions during the fight and when Helena was trying to stop Barbara. The replaced music has lousy timing, doesn't flow with the scene and takes away from its impact.
The other replaced songs - I can live with those. But for me, the final scene was ruined by the changed song. I think they could have done MUCH better.
The final scene with the tatu song ALWAYS gives me chills, each and every time I watch it. And to be honest, I didn't like the song until I saw how well it fit on that final scene. The replaced song is just loud noise.
