Kree or Skrulls: Is one race more dangerous than the others?

Skrulls can shapeshift so you don't know who your enemy is and they can infiltrate anywhere. The Kree do seems upfront about there intentions. If that has any bearing.

Thing is, the Skrulls used to be good. The Kree have always been an angry and dangerous race. So I'd say the Kree.

The Kree-Skrull war was started entirely by the Kree, they've always been a race of thugs. They fought so dirty that the Skrulls had to start fighting dirty too or else be destroyed.

It doesn't matter if the skrulls were once peaceful it only matters that they aren't anymore. Both are dangerous.
