Blu-ray Questions

MIB has two Blu-ray releases thus far, one of which was earlier this year to coincide with MIB3's release. Is it the same Blu-ray released back in 2008 or is it entirely new? If it's new, does it port over everything from the 2008 version? Also, does either disc port over everything from the now OOP 2000 Limited Edition DVD? I own the LE and would pawn it off for some cash if the Blu-rays have all of the features from it. Thanks in advance to whoever answers.
