Now that I'm going through all the episodes of Buffy The Vampire Slayer & Angel, it's amazing how many cast members from those Joss Whedon shows (plus Firefly) dropped in and guest starred as a DC character. Amy Acker, Alexis Denisof, Adam Baldwin, Nathan Fillion, Gina Torres, Morenca Baccarin, Daniel Dae Kimwho else?

A coincidence, because Warners owns Justice League and was broadcasting it in the Cartoon Network, while Buffy & Angel were broadcast on The WB? I know Bruce Timm and his other producers were admirers of Joss Whedon and his shows, which encouraged taking chances with traditional formula.

Nathan Fillion seems to be a big DC fan. He's done Green Lantern and Wonder Woman animated movies, too.
