How invulnerable is thor?I have read with mojhnir he can regenerate limbs and hands etc.To me wolverine looked like he could have taken out the hulk which is clearly not right. He survived and appeared to be winning while thor is made to look so weak.Plus the lighting blast is not thor strongest weapon but the God Blast.

Like all comics Thor's durability varies, usually he is shown as being durable enough to withstand punches from the hulk, bullets, walking through lava, powerful lasers and explosions. In one comic at least, Wolverine tried cutting him and only scratched him.
The difference in how Wolverine and Thor did in their fights is one of the main criticisms of this feature. Wolverine's advantage is his bones are indestructible and his healing factor lets him take a beating and keep on coming. He was totally outpowered by the Hulk, but able to hang in thanks to those abilities. Thor heals fast, but not as fast as Wolverine. The problem with the fight was while Wolverine dodged and tried fighting back from the get go Thor totally forgot how to fight or dodge reducing him to a punching bag.
Yost and Kyle stated outright on the commentary that Wolverine vs Hulk was designed to be a draw to please both fans while Hulk vs Thor was designed to depict Banner as the real hero of the piece.
