Who would win, V or Judge Dredd?

I'm talking about Dredd from the comics and the 2012 movie, not the Stallone one.
V and Dredd are polar opposites in terms of ideals and concepts, yet in a way also similar: anti-heroes, faceless representations of a movement, skilled at fighting, killed many people, etc.
Who would win in a fight? -

In a fist fight properly V because he was genetically altered to be stronger and faster. With weapons Dredd because his gun is such a powerful beast.

V is faster and more clever. Dredd might be more brutal and tougher but V would outsmart him.
V already went against an entire team of men with guns, and he beat all of them, If he could take a group of armed men, Dredd wouldn't be a problem.
the thing is that Dredd follows a set of rules (his own rules) he is pretty strict about it, V is a wild card and improvises on the spot. Look at how he interacted with Evey or how he took Evey, he can improvise ways to escape easily.
Dredd is more about sticking to the plan and following the plan.
the more I think about it the more I see how V would totally take Dredd down. Dredd's downfall would be his strict mentality and his rigid persona.
