No, but in the comics the assassin's are Captain Nazi (seriously), a hyena mutant, and some other f-ckin weirdo villain so I think they just wanted a more conventional team of enemies for the movie.

The other guy is captain vertigo or commander or something like that. I also didn't like how deathstroke wasn't in the movie
